Life coaching is a pragmatic, empowering and forward-looking way of dealing with challenges and changes in your life. A Life Coach offers you the skills, resources and focus to make your own way forward. Instead of teaching or treating, they walk alongside you, offering support, insight and clarity.

Life Coaching is time limited. That means that you agree a certain time-frame within which to work on a particular issue. This can be anything from a couple of sessions to a more major project over several months. Please contact me if you'd like to discuss how many sessions you'd need.

How I work

I offer face to face sessions in London N1 and telephone coaching throughout the UK and beyond. It's also possible to work with a combination of the two. For example, face to face sessions to begin with and then follow-up telephone coaching later on.

Face to face
I work at the movingartsbase, Islington from Monday - Wednesday. I also offer sessions on Saturday by arrangement. The movingartsbase is a beautiful, tranquil setting for Coaching work and easy to reach by public transport. Please click here to read more about the centre or here to download directions.

Telephone coaching
I offer telephone coaching throughout the UK and beyond. The advantages of telephone coaching are that you don't need to travel to attend sessions. It also frees you to choose the Life Coach you really want to work with, not just the one who is geographically closest.

Fees
My fees range between £35 - £60 an hour, depending on the time of day they take place, whether you pay for a block of sessions in advance, whether they are telephone or face to face coaching and on whether you are eligible for a concessionary rate. For example, I charge more for sessions at peak times (after 5.30pm Monday - Friday and on weekends). I offer concessions to full time students, those in receipt of means tested benefit, members of Equity, the Musicians Union, Dance UK or the Place.

Qualifications

I have a Diploma in Life, Business & Executive Coaching from the Iron Mill Institute in Exeter. I am also an Alexander Technique teacher with a private practice in London.
